Your privacy is not negotiable. This policy explains what we do — and don't do — with your data.
Quickq does not collect, store, or share any of the following:
• Browsing history or DNS queries
• IP addresses (real or VPN-assigned)
• Connection timestamps or session duration
• Traffic content or metadata
• Bandwidth usage per session
To provide our service, we minimally process:
• Account email — for login and password recovery
• Device type — for app compatibility (OS version only)
• Payment info — processed by Stripe; we never see your card number
• Crash logs — anonymized, opt-in only
All traffic is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Keys rotate automatically. Even if a node were compromised, decrypted traffic would be inaccessible due to forward secrecy.
We do not sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties. Our only third-party integrations are:
• Stripe — payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
• App Store / Google Play — distribution and in-app purchases
Account data (email) is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently erased within 30 days. No data is retained in backups beyond this period.
